Hello Everyone!

This is a quick note to let you all know that I'm going to be away from the 6th September to the 18th September. Any orders placed in this period will be shipped following my return.

If you have any questions, send me an email/message through the contact form on this website! I will have sporadic access to the internet so I may not be able to respond too promptly.

Beanie Thylacine 50cm handmade plush toy

£48.00

An Optional Donation to Conservation Volunteers Australia will be made on your behalf to help restore and protect Tasmanian Devil habitats.

If you require tracking, please select. The price displayed is additional to the standard postage charged upon checkout. If you have ordered multiple items, you only need to select this on one of them.

This plush is made of custom printed minky fabric to my own design, sewn and stuffed, with plastic safety eyes. It has plastic beans in it's body for weight and pose-ability. This plush isn't stuffed solidly so it is flops and sits like a bean bag.

These plushies will come with a certificate of authenticity, detailling their species, the date they were made and proving that they are an original Palaeoplushie handmade in Scotland by Rebecca Groom.

As this is a hand made item, it is not intended for children and is designed to be an art piece for adults. As they are stitched by machine, they won't fall apart if handled roughly but have not passed the relevant safety standards to be sold as a child's toy.

An Optional Donation can be made on your behalf to Conservation Volunteers Australia "Help Save the Tasmanian Devil" programme, which includes rebuilding essential habitat and maintaining fences to protect disease-free populations of Tasmanian Devils.

Plushie Dimensions: 50cm long including tail
Description: Also known as the Tasmanian Tiger or Wolf. Thylacinus cynocephalus was a carnivorous marsupial native to continental Australia, Tasmania and New Guinea. It was driven to extinction in the 20th Century, with the last known specimen dying in captivity in 1936. There have been a number of unconfirmed sightings since but was declared extinct in 1982.
